Coach Toni Chavarria serves as the school’s Director of Mathematics Innovation, bringing deep expertise in mathematics education, curriculum design, and instructional leadership across early childhood through middle school. A professionally certified mathematics educator with a background in both public and private school settings, she has spent over a decade teaching and coaching students and teachers across a wide range of grade levels and learning environments.

In this role, Coach Toni leads the design and implementation of a mathematics program that is rigorous, coherent, and joyful, ensuring students develop strong foundational skills alongside conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning, and confidence. Her work centers on preparing students not only to excel in assessments, but to think flexibly, solve complex problems, and communicate mathematically, skills essential for success in competitive middle school admissions and beyond.
