Isabel Roldan-Hoyos

Assistant Teacher, Kindergarten

Isabel is originally from Colombia, where the mountains and beautiful landscapes gave her a profile to appreciate the small details. She volunteered to help blind people by reading books, listening to them, and helping them complete their homework. She graduated in Electronic Engineering, with honorable mention for her thesis on medical equipment that helps diagnose patients with breathing problems (a clever system that takes data and equations to transform it into meaningful information for the doctors.) Eventually, she became a University Engineering professor teaching circuits and physics. She loves learning, entrepreneurship, innovation, and mathematics. She enjoys bicycle riding and spending time with her husband, 2 sons, and lovely dog.
