Lead Early Childhood Educator
The Innovative School of Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, dynamic, reflective and intentional lead early childhood educator who joyfully embraces the social-constructivist theories of learning and living and who has a strong and healthy image of the child.
As an educational program that is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, the responsibilities of the early childhood educator will include mindfully developing social constructivist approaches and practices that enable a child to construct his or her own knowledge within a joyful and engaging environment.
The lead early childhood educators are a part of the larger professional collaborative team of educators within our Innovative School and work alongside full-time assistant early childhood educators and together the team of educators bring our learners the highest quality learning experiences.
