The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) promotes the school’s vision through events and community experiences, which are fully funded by parents like you.
We raise money through your generous donations, fundraisers, and sponsorships. This financial support allows us to help create quality programs and events for our learners and teachers.

Room Parents
In order to be a room parent you must.
- Make the annual PTO donation.
- Select Room Parent from the volunteer list on the membership form.
- Be able to fulfill the requirements for the entire school year.
- Represent the Innovative School both in and out of school by remaining respectful and positive to the school, any of its staff, and any of its family members and students.
Room parents will be selected prior to the start of the school year.
PTO Board
In order to hold a PTO board position, you must:
- Make the annual PTO donation.
- Represent the Innovative School both in and out of school by remaining respectful and positive to the school, any of its staff, and any of its family members and students.
PTO has two open board positions, please apply below.
EVENT CHAIR (2 people in this role, currently one opening) – Plans/oversees all events in the PTO calendar; Assigns Event Chairs for specific events and manages their progress; manages volunteers for events; identifies sponsors for events; works within budget.
TREASURER – Maintains annual budget, updates event accounting as it happens, helps with POS during events like the Book Fair, Holiday Bazaar etc. Forecasts upcoming budgets.
